It
was a battle alright.
Neuse
has great skills, and he impressed a lot of voters. But when the tally came down, there were no hanging chads for our boy Storm. Everything was pretty damn clear: The ferocious flow of the dirty South carried the day. “I’m from Atlanta/where the dogs bite as hard as they bark,” he explained in his f’style clip, and when not giving props to mom and dad (“my parents’ wisdom embedded in the cerebellum”) he had time to kick some old fashioned wordplay, turning “a magillacutty into Silly Putty” just for the hell of it. Hats off, Storm. Bet we hear more from our 06 winner, because like he says, “I did it and done it/I’m one of the best.”

ALL THE (So Called)MC's SUCKED!!!
Like EPMD said years ago "Rap Is Outta Control"...Just check out the show Ice-T is doing this friday.
After 2pac and biggie was killed over the east side and west side it seemed as if their was still some friction. On the last show the honors were basically for the east side, this show was honoring the west side. Why didnt the east side have a more positive attitude like the west side did? On last years honor show everybody was just more respectful and having a good time remembering the good music. This time their was haters. Next they should honor snopp and dr.dre.
Eazy-E's Honor was the besy and Lil' Eazy-E had the crowd going wild. I can't wait until Prince Of Compton comes out!
R.I.P. Eric "Eazy-E" Wright. (1963-1995)
it was the shit ......best i ever seen in hip honors
see this rapper is so wack that they comment on the hip hop honors and not this punk who couldn't wrap a gift.
maybe this was judged by k-fed(up with hearing his name like he's somebody). B/C I'm sure he's the only person who thought he was dope.
NASA we got a problem. Here we have a guy
calling himself Mercury storm. The winner of freestyle 59. Dr. Seuss is a lyrical genius compared to this guy. But what do that say for his compatition. Is this the future of hip hop? I would hope not. But with hip hop in such a weaken state. A guy like Mercury Storm with a ton of features, producers, and butt shaking could sell records. That's a scary thought but it can happen. With so many rappers being out of touch with their community's and rapping about how much money they have. Most people cant relate to them anymore. And that leaves the door open for a Mercury Storm. I guess rappers of today dont want to be the G.O.A.T.
big up to my homie
you made it nsight
ha ha had to throw that in there
i've seen this dude come a long way ya'll
give him his props especially if you live in georgia
